  • General maintenance duties of facility upkeep internal and external as well as in response to Maintenance Service Requests under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician Supervisor
  • Replace and repair lighting of various types, plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances (commercial and residential)
  • Inspect and maintain essential operations equipment to include HVAC systems, compressors, generators, life safety equipment and other equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations for SCH procedures

​Education: Current Texas DSHS EMT – Paramedic Certification or License.  Current American Heart Association BLS Provider Required.  Current Texas DPS Driver’s License (Class C).  Incident Management Systems ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800.

  • Initiates patient treatment and care utilizing initial protocol treatment based on patient condition.  Conducts basic and advanced life support skills.
  • Responsible for safety decisions involving patients and emergency vehicle.
  • Drives emergency vehicle to and from calls to transport patients in a safe and prudent manner using the most efficient route to ensure the quickest response times.
  • Assist in carrying patients by stretcher or other devices to an emergency vehicle and secure patient inside the vehicle choosing the safest means of transport.
  • Observes and keeps records regarding symptoms of patients.
  • Communicates information to other members of the healthcare profession, patients, family members, and other responders as necessary per HIPAA standards.
  • Complies with all current policies and procedures.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in determining the appropriate emergency medical treatment of a patient or a group of patients according to existing protocols and standards.
  • Knowledge of the geography of the operating area and emergency medical procedures and techniques.

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.  Professionally licensed by the State of Texas (LPC-I, LPC, LMFT, LMSW). At least one year experience working in Mental Health setting.

  • Therapist will perform timely processing of inquiry/referral calls and walk in scheduled comprehensive clinical assessments including the history of presenting illness, family dynamics and supporting psychosocial information to determine eligibility for admission or need for referrals.
  • Program therapist will work collaboratively as a treatment team member to assist medical director and other staff through participation in treatment team meeting to communicate all pertinent information in order to ensure consistent and appropriate care to patients.
  • The therapist provides professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family and group therapy sessions.
  • Therapist will maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation on all contracts, sessions or meetings that are conducted with or on behalf of the patients.

  • Demonstrate appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s care, as evidenced by patient/Team Member observation and respond appropriately.

  • Ability to care for patients with PICC lines, Central Lines and PIV’s
  • Must be able to monitor telemetry patients, and recognize lethal arrhythmias.
  • Must administer and be current, confident and knowledgeable of medications based on age and clinical condition of patient.
  • Remain conscientious in regard to personal hygiene and comply with specific division/unit regulations.
