Primary Care Priority for SCH Doctors

Primary care is the foundation of health care and is essential to better health outcomes. Sweeny Community Hospital is pleased to have five outstanding providers on our team.

Dr. Amy Keffer, Internal Medicine, practices in the Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent to the hospital.  Hours for Dr. Keffer are Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  She is in Suite B at 301 N. McKinney, Sweeny.  Her office can be reached at 979-548-1875.

Dr. Richard Erickson, DO Family Practitioner, also is in the MOB in Suite G. His practice is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is closed Wednesday’s after noon. To make an appointment with Dr. Erickson, please call 979-548-1850.

Chesney Sisson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, practices in Suite E of the MOB.  She can provide your family with primary care of all types.  She also provides skin care such as Botox and Juvéderm treatments.  Call her office at 979-548-1515.

In West Columbia, we have a staff of medical personnel who provide first quality care to their patients.  Lisa Schaubroeck, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C; and Shelly Waters, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C, are located at 668 W. Brazos Ave, West Columbia.  Their hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays.  The clinic is closed every day noon to 1 p.m.  They can be reached at 979-345-2525.
