Physical therapy provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for all types of injuries and problems. Upon completion of the rehab phase of care, a fitness program is available for ongoing fitness training.
The SCH Physical Therapy Department is headquartered at The Wellness Center, with a satellite location at the Kittie Nash Groce Memorial Rehabilitation Center in West Columbia.
At both locations, all staff members are licensed to practice physical therapy, and all patients will receive excellent one-on-one care.
A physician’s referral is required. Please call to schedule an appointment.
