Assisted Living at The Fountains
Welcome to the finest in Independent Living with the assistance you need. The Fountains is Sweeny Hospital District’s 27-unit assisted-living complex, located at 1101 E. Second St. in Sweeny. The Fountains offers one-bedroom and efficiency apartments for people aged 62 and older who want the security of knowing help is always available if needed, yet the privacy of maintaining an independent living arrangement. Assisted living is for independent adults or those who may need help with activities of daily living who are 62 years of age or older. The Fountains is NOT a nursing home.
Some of the following services and amenities are included for one monthly rental fee:
• A private apartment, all utilities paid except phone and cable
• 3 home cooked meals a day, plus snacks
• Free use of laundry facilities
• A spacious library with computer and Internet access
• Individual U.S. Mail boxes
• Lectures, movies, parties, special trips, and many other activities coordinated by an Activities Driector
• Transportation to shopping, grocery, banks, community events, special trips and to medical offices within the area
• Assistance from helpers as needed — available at any time day or night.

Choose your apartment now! Reservations are being taken now on a first come, first-served basis. A fully refundable deposit of $500 will hold your apartment selection and will become your security deposit upon move in. An additional deposit may be required for pets and scooters.
