Dr. Thompson graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his Residency at Stamford Hospital at Stamford, Connecticut in 1990. He is Board Certified American Board of Surgery. Dr. Thompson specializes in general surgery and lap band adjustable gastric banding systems.
