Dr. James Ely graduated from University of Missouri, Columbia, MO in 1979. He completed his Internship/Residency at New Hanover Hospital Wilmington, NC, in 1983. Dr. Ely’s primary specialty is the practice of Gynecology. He is Board Certified by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as of 1985. Dr. Ely performs OB/GYN Surgery, Infertility Procedures, Female Urology, Menopause and Post Menopausal Care, Endometrial Ablation, Uterine Prolapse Surgery, Incontinence Surgery and Routine GYN Screenings.
